SHIPPING
Te enviaremos tu compra de forma gratuita y totalmente asegurada a tu dirección en Suecia mediante el servicio postal sueco u otro servicio de entrega adecuado. Para envíos internacionales, se puede utilizar DHL Express. Los envíos a la UE se realizan con el método de "entrega con derechos pagados", lo que significa que el IVA está incluido en el precio. Los precios de envío internacional se muestran en la caja.
DEVOLUCIONES
Tienes derecho a cancelar el pedido en un plazo de 14 días a partir de la fecha de recepción del producto. Te reembolsaremos el importe total de la compra. El envío de devolución es tu responsabilidad y los productos deben devolverse en perfecto estado, sin usar y sin daños. Las etiquetas, la caja y la bolsa deben devolverse junto con el producto. Si el producto se pierde durante el transporte de devolución, no se te compensará.
INTERCAMBIO
Si desea cambiar un producto, puede hacerlo en un plazo de 14 días desde la entrega. Póngase en contacto con nosotros antes de devolver el producto para que podamos garantizar que el producto esté en stock. El envío de devolución corre a cargo del cliente. Póngase en contacto con nuestro Servicio de atención al cliente y le responderemos.

ONLINE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1 - Please email us at clientservices@us.engelbert1920.com should you wish to exchange or return your item and provide us with your name, home address, order number and phone number. We will respond to your return request within 48 hours and provide you with our return address to post your item to.
2 - When packing your return to send back to us, please ensure the pieces along with original packaging are in a sturdy box and follow the packing instructions below:
Please place the jewelry back in the Engelbert pouch and box, place the pouch in the presentation box along with bubble wrap or tissue paper for protection.
Feel free to reuse the shipping box you have received your order in.
Please make sure that the inside box with jewelry is secure and will not move around in transit.
After everything has been packed make sure the package is sealed securely.
3 - We do not cover the cost of any return shipments and it is your responsibility to return the products to us safely. We recommend that you insure the return shipment and use a secure, trackable shipping method, that provides you with proof of sending as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them back.
4 - Once we have received the order back (within 14 days from date of delivery), it will be carefully inspected. Please note we have the right to refuse your return if the jewelry has not been returned in its original condition, if part of the packaging is missing (jewelry box and pouch) or if the products show any signs of wear.
5 - Once your return has passed our quality checks, we will refund you the price you paid for your order. The same method you used to make payment within 30 days will be used. We will not be liable for any fee charged by your bank or financial institution on this refund and we will not refund the shipping costs.
